            <title><![CDATA[Kindergarten places for children of employees]]></title>

                <![CDATA[<p>Since September 2009 STIHL reserved in the Waiblinger kindergarten "Piccolo Paradiso" places for employees' children and takes some of the costs. This is the reconciliation of family and work are encouraged. The focus will be the rapid return to work after taking family leave and the high quality of care.<br /></p><p>"It was important to find a care option that allows our employees a lot of flexibility: the, Piccolo Paradiso 'opening times offers from 6:00 bis 19:00 clock, barely closing days, and already takes children from the age of eight weeks on. This will give parents a real choice in deciding when to return to work, "said personnel director Guenther Gaßlbauer STIHL.<br />STIHL subsidized the costs of care, so STIHL pay staff for children up to three years 4,00 € per hour instead of 6.10 euros and for children over three years 2.80 € instead of 4,90 €. STIHL also paid a reservation fee to be kept in each case courts.</p><p><br /><strong>High-quality care concept<br /></strong>The day care center with a private carrier operates on a high-quality care approach. Thomas Mergenthaler, CEO of the Kita-carrier Kibko GmbH, explains: ". The pedagogical approach - particularly the implementation of the orientation plan - and situation-oriented approach and the social education are in our concept of knowledge," the children to their individual talents to be promoted.
