Terms and Conditions of STIHL Customer Feedback Promotion

 

Promoter

1.    The promoter of the Promotion is Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd (ABN 53 146 056 331) St Kilda Road Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Road, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004 (support@feedbackasap.com).

2.    The Promoter is promoting the Promotion on behalf of STIHL Pty Ltd ABN 76 004 881 145 (“STIHL”).

Terms and Conditions

3.    Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the STIHL Customer Feedback Promotion ("Promotion").

4.    Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion Period

5.    The period of this Promotion begins at 12:00:00am (AEDT) on 10th of March 2025 and ends at 11:59:59pm (AEST) on 9th September 2025. (“Promotion Period”).

Eligibility to Enter

6.    Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are current and former customers of STIHL and who have received a promotional SMS or email from the Promoter requesting feedback about STIHL (“Eligible Entrants”).

7.    Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter or of STIHL, or any related body corporate of the Promoter or STIHL as well as any agency associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate Family Members means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto, ex-de-facto, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin. 

How to Enter

8.    To enter the Promotion, an Eligible Entrant must complete the following steps during the Promotion Period:

a.    Click on the link provided in the email or SMS that they receive from the Promoter requesting feedback to be directed to the promotional website; and

b.    input the requested personal details; and

c.    answer all the questions in the survey as prompted; and

d.    submit the fully completed feedback survey.

9.    For the sake of clarity, the entrant must  be the STIHL customer whose name is registered on the STIHL account relevant to the mobile phone used to enter (for SMS entry), or email address for and online entry via the website.

10.    Eligible Entrants are only  permitted to enter the Promotion using either the SMS or email entry link they have received from the Promoter requesting their  feedback about STIHL.

11.    Any entrant who no longer wishes to participate in the Promotion after submitting their feedback survey can email support@feedbackasap.com and request for their entry to be removed from the relevant draw. 

Prize Draw

12.     The prize draw will be conducted by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd, St Kilda Road Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Road, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004 at 11:00am AEST on Monday 15th September 2025 ( “Draw Date”)

13.    The draw will be conducted on the Draw Date and the winner will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the Draw Date. The winner’s name will be published on www.stihl.com.au within 7 days of the relevant draw.

14.    The draw will be conducted by the Promoter at St Kilda Road Towers, Level 1, 1 Queens Road, Melbourne, Victoria, 3004

Prize

15.    One valid entry drawn from the prize draw will win an AUD$2,000 (incl GST) STIHL voucher to purchase any product sold by a STIHL dealer.

16.    The STIHL voucher will be posted to the winner by registered mail and is valid for 3 years from the date of issue. The STIHL voucher is subject to its terms of issue. Refer to the terms printed on the voucher.

17.    Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the STIHL voucher are not included. Any unused balance of the STIHL voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the STIHL voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the STIHL voucher. 

Unclaimed Prize Draw

18.    If the prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize, subject to any directions from any regulatory authority. The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at the same time and place as the original draw. The date for the re-draw would be on 15th December 2025.

19.    The winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and email within two (2) days of the draw. The winner's name will be published on www.stihl.com.au within 7 days of the prize draw.

General

20.    This is not a game of skill. The prize winner will be selected by Feedback ASAP Pty Ltd at random through an automatic selection process. Each Eligible Entrant will have an equal chance of winning.

21.    Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22.    The total value of the prize pool is AUD$2,000 (inc GST).

23.    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken in any other form (including not being able to be taken as cash).

24.    Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clauses 18 and 19, if for any reason a winner does not take possession of their prize by the times stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.

Liability, Indemnity and Warranties                                          

25.    Subject to regulatory requirements, the Promoter may cancel, modify, suspend or delay the Promotion at any time if something happens that is beyond its reasonable control, including for any technical or operational reason or by reason of anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.

26.    Costs associated with completing the survey remain your responsibility and may vary depending on the telecommunications provider used.

27.    The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address and any other information from entrants relevant to an entry into or participation in this Promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter; whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or is otherwise involved in any conduct that involves manipulating, interfering or tampering with this Promotion or otherwise preventing the conduct of the Promotion as intended by the Promoter.

28.    The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Promotion, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this Promotion including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.

29.    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any misdirected or lost entries or entries not received by the closing date in clause 5.

Privacy

30. The Promoter may collect and use personal information submitted by you for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Personal information may be provided to third party organisations, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers that assist in maintaining the survey functionality and/or conducting the Promotion, and, if required may be provided to Australian regulatory authorities. You can stop this information being used for this purpose by contacting the Promoter. All personal information will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A copy of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy in relation to the treatment of personal information collected can be found at www.feedbackasap.com.
