STIHL FUELS: RELIABLE, STRONG AND CLEAN
To ensure that your STIHL 2-stroke engines and 4-stroke engines work optimally at all times, you need the right fuel mixture. A fuel mixture that is precisely adapted to the performance requirements of your STIHL machines. Since we develop and test our engine oils and fuels ourselves, such as chainsaw fluid, we can tailor them perfectly to different applications. Chemists and engineers work together in our laboratories and test every development on over 100 test benches. Thanks to the feedback provided by users, the fuels are also continuously tested for practical use. This allows you to use fuels that offer optimum quality, safety and performance, while demonstrating protection for the climate and groundwater.
MOTOMIX – THE SPECIAL FUEL
With the STIHL MotoMix fuel, you get optimum power delivery, the best cold-start characteristics and maximum acceleration of the equipment over the entire speed range. With the patented fuel formula, pre-mixed in a ratio of 1:50, you can keep engines running at constant speed and minimise maintenance and costs. In addition, STIHL MotoMix contains no ethanol and practically no olefins or aromatics, which is why it is also user-friendly to use due to its low emissions.
But they also protect the environment: the use of high-purity raw materials reduces CO2 emissions and leads to good biodegradability. STIHL HP Ultra, for example, is over 80% biodegradable within 21 days and is classified in the lowest water hazard class.
One of the impressive product features of STIHL MotoMix is a long shelf life. You can use the fuel for up to 5 years when well-sealed and when stored in a cool and dry place according to the instructions.
MOTO4PLUS FOR 4-STROKE SMALL ENGINES
The STIHL Moto4Plus is a specially developed gasoline without ethanol and practically free of olefins and aromatics. The fuel, which is matched to STIHL 4-stroke small engines, also has low emission values and has a shelf life of up to 5 years when stored properly in accordance with the instructions. MIXING GASOLINE FOR CHAINSAWS YOURSELF
If you prefer to produce the right fuel mixture for your STIHL engines yourself, we also have the right components for this.
In the field of motor adhesive oils / chain oils, you will find various 2-stroke engine oils with exceptionally good lubricating and combustion properties, with which you can mix your own chainsaw gasoline or fuel for other equipment with 2-stroke engines and 4-stroke engines. To do this, simply fill a fuel-approved canister with engine oil and then petrol. Before pouring the fuel mixture into the tank, mix the mixture together by shaking the canister. Then please open the canister carefully, as pressure may have built up.
