The iMOW® robotic lawnmowers are the smart answer to the question of how much time you have for optimal lawn care have to spend – almost none at all. Because the self-propelled robot lawn mowers mow and mulch your green carpet intelligently and reliably, so you can just sit back and enjoy the beautiful lawn. With our practical accessories, you can easily install your robot lawn mower, protect it from sunlight and dirt and equip it with wheels or cutting blades for special conditions.
SIMPLY INSTALL THE ROBOTIC LAWN MOWER YOURSELF
If you buy your iMOW® from a specialist dealer, your STIHL dealer will be happy to install it on site. Depending on the size of your lawn, you can choose from two installation kits. They contain everything you need for the initial installation of your robot lawn mower, in addition to the docking station supplied: Perimeter wire, fixing nails for attaching the wire and practical wire connectors. With the help of the fixing nails, you simply lay out the perimeter wire where you do not want to mow. For example on steep slopes, in front of flower beds or at the transition to the paved terrace.
A tip about the charging station: When setting up the docking station, make sure that the surface is level. In this way, the iMOW® can always drive in safely and the battery is charged reliably. If the charging station is left in the sun for a longer period of time in summer, it is worth buying a sun canopy to protect the robotic lawnmower from the heat.
FLEXIBLE INSTALL THE ¡MOW® ROBOTIC LAWN
Of course, the components of the installation kits are also available individually, so that you can customize your iMOW® equipment to suit your garden. For example, if your iMOW® robotic lawnmower is to mow a lawn with many obstacles or a very large property, you may need more perimeter wire. In this case, simply order it again and connect it with our wire connectors where the existing wire ends. Finally, use additional fixing nails to mark out the area. It doesn't matter how big or crooked it is.
UNEVEN GROUND? EASY GAME FOR STIHL ROBOTIC LAWN MOWERS
If your property is uneven or even hilly, the STIHL iMOW® will do its job here too. Because our traction wheels with off-road profile ensure the necessary traction even on demanding terrain. The extra heavy front wheels are suitable for slopes and hills - for optimal weight distribution, which gives the robot lawn mower better grip and more balance. A larger cutting width of the robot lawn mower is useful for large properties. With the additional, 30 cm long knife for our top models, you are also well equipped here.
