MY STIHL is an all‑in‑one digital customer portal designed to help you manage your STIHL tools. It allows you to register products, access manuals and product information, track your equipment, and receive maintenance reminders, all in one place.
If you purchase from a STIHL Dealer, your product is usually registered for warranty at the time of purchase.
If your purchase through Sydney Tools or through STIHL online shop, you can also register (or add) your product manually in MY STIHL.
To register your product in MY STIHL follow these steps:
- Create a MY STIHL account
- Log in to MY STIHL (app or web)
- Add your tool using the serial number and purchase date
You can register (or add):
- STIHL power tools and accessories
- Add other (third‑party) tools
- Any tools linked to your email address
MY STIHL allows you to manage all your equipment in one place, not just STIHL products.
Yes. MY STIHL is free to use, including both the mobile app and web platform.
A STIHL ID is essentially your log in credentials and are used to log in to MY STIHL and other STIHL digital services.
To create one:
- Go to the registration page
- Enter your name, email, and password
