LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

Training is a longstanding tradition at STIHL. This is based on the mindset that good employees are the foundation of success. And this is why we offer a variety of learning and development activities including but not limited to internal/external training courses, seminars, conferences, mentoring, or on-the-job learning. We also support you if you want to uptake further studies.

Although training is encouraged by STIHL, development is a joint responsibility and as such we want you to take a level of responsibility for your own career. That is why we encourage employees to provide input into their development plan.
