Recall STIHL gloves
RECALL ON STIHL gloves shown below
STIHL has learned that these four types of gloves may not meet the legal limits for polycyclic-aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH). A high concentration of PAHs is considered harmful to health and wearing potentially contaminated gloves poses a risk to the user.
As a responsible manufacturer, STIHL has decided to recall the gloves and to refund the purchase price.
If you own any of these four types of gloves, please return these to your STIHL dealer in the interest of your own health. You will receive a refund of the purchase price even if you do not have your receipt.
The gloves should be returned to a STIHL Servicing Dealer (not one of our garden centre partners). You can find your nearest STIHL Dealer here - just tick the Servicing filter option when you search.

Reintroduction of STIHL Dynamic Vent and STIHL ADVANCE Ergo MS gloves from spring 2022
From spring 2022, the STIHL Dynamic Vent gloves and the STIHL ADVANCE Ergo MS gloves will be available again under the same sales name in a changed material composition. The new gloves are not affected by the recall.

An excessive concentration of PAHs is considered harmful to health and it cannot be ruled out that wearing potentially contaminated gloves may pose a risk to the user.
As a responsible manufacturer, STIHL has therefore decided to recall the gloves mentioned.

Please return the gloves to your STIHL dealer. You will receive a refund of the purchase price even without presenting proof of purchase.
