The STIHL .404" Rapid Micro Harvester (RMHS) saw chain is designed for use with special machines (harvesters). With this special version of the Rapid Micro chain, you as a professional in forestry can efficiently cut down and delimb trees in mechanical logging. This saw chain is particularly powerful because it can be used with a higher drive power than STIHL RMH saw chains. The semi-chisel tooth saw chain with specially shaped cutting depth limiters offers a high cutting performance with low vibration at the same time.
All stressed saw chain parts, especially the connecting links, drive links and rivet bolts, are significantly reinforced, so that the chain is very robust. is for the high demands in the wood harvester. Asymmetrically shaped sliding surfaces on the tooth bases and connecting links make the STIHL .404" Rapid Micro Harvester (RMHS) chain very durable, reducing cracking and wear. This means that you benefit from a particularly long service life of the special chain. In addition, the harvester saw chain with a drive link thickness of 2.0 mm is characterized by a low chatter tendency.
