Rapid Micro Harvester Super (RMHS) - For .404", 2.0 mm: Special saw chain for timber harvesting

The STIHL .404" Rapid Micro Harvester (RMHS) saw chain is designed for use with specialised harvesters. This special version of the Rapid Micro chain allows forestry professionals to efficiently fell and delimb trees using mechanised logging. This saw chain is particularly powerful because it can be used with higher drive power than STIHL RMH saw chains. The semi-chisel tooth saw chain with specially shaped depth gauges offers high cutting performance with low vibration. All stressed saw chain components, especially the connecting links, drive links, and rivets, are significantly reinforced, making the chain very robust for the high demands of harvesting. Asymmetrically shaped sliding surfaces on the tooth bases and connecting links further enhance durability. These features make the STIHL .404" Rapid Micro Harvester (RMHS) chain very durable, reducing cracking and wear. This results in a particularly long service life for this special chain. Additionally, the harvester saw chain, with a drive link thickness of 2.0 mm, is characterised by low chatter. Note: The STIHL .404" Rapid Micro Harvester (RMHS) chain is not suitable for handheld chainsaws.
