Service Kit 30

To support the longevity of your STIHL petrol brushcutters, power scythes and combi engines, you can carry out simple maintenance work on your STIHL power tool yourself using the Service Kit 30. Regular standard maintenance, such as changing the air and fuel filters and replacing the spark plug, is usually quick and helps to extend the life of the engine. This means you can always work reliably and with optimum performance with your STIHL machine.

The STIHL Service Kit 30 for FC 91, FC 96, FC 111, FS 89, FS 91, FS 111, HT 102, HT 103, KM 91 and KM 111 contains the following components for standard maintenance:

• Paper air filter


• Spark plug


• Fuel filter


 

The long filter life of STIHL air filters allows your tools to be used for a long time. In addition, STIHL paper filters are splash-proof thanks to their coated surfaces. Clean filters increase engine performance, reduce fuel consumption and make it easier to start the machine. This reliably protects the engine of your STIHL machine against the ingress of abrasive dust. Power is maintained, fuel consumption is low and you can continue to start your machine easily as usual. The fuel filter ensures that no foreign particles enter the engine via the fuel. Regular replacement protects the engine and supports a long service life. To maintain performance, it is also advisable to regularly replace the spark plug - for continued clean combustion in the engine.

To service the air filter and spark plug, it is best to use the practical combination spanner that you already received with your STIHL power tool. A cardboard hook is integrated in the packaging box of the service kit. You can use it to remove and replace the fuel filter. You do not need any additional tools..
